The Edible Office is the brainchild of Sue Walsh. It comes from a desire to show how edible plants can be grown in an office environment, and enjoyed in a variety of menus.

The process of choosing and planting seeds can be an enjoyable way of creating team building exercises and growing collectively in an office brings people together through a shared experience.

The Edible Office ideal builds a closer relationship to where our food comes from, how it looks and grows and the flavours of freshly harvested produce.
